These terms govern use of CreatorFinance.tools, including online calculators and information pages. By accessing the site you agree to these terms.

We provide free estimation and planning tools plus editorial content. This is an online information service without personalised advice. Availability may be interrupted (maintenance, outages, force majeure).
3. No advice
Results and texts are not tax, legal, investment or financial advice and do not replace a qualified professional. You remain responsible for decisions. See also our Disclaimer.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the site only lawfully. Prohibited in particular: abusive automated scraping that harms the service, introducing malware, or using the service to deceive others.
5. Intellectual property
Site design, text, branding and software are protected. You may use your own calculation results for personal or business purposes. Systematic republication of site content without permission is not allowed.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use or non-use of the information and calculators, including lost profits or inaccurate estimates. Mandatory statutory liability (e.g. intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health) remains unaffected.

8. No warranty
The site and calculators are provided “as is”. We do not warrant any particular commercial result, nor completeness, currency or freedom from error of the estimates.

Austrian law applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protection at the user’s habitual residence provides otherwise.
