OnlyFans fees: how to calculate real net earnings
The platform takes about 20% of gross. Add agency fees, costs and tax reserves to see what you actually keep.
The 20% platform cut
OnlyFans’ widely published model is a 20% fee on creator gross earnings from subscriptions, tips, PPV and customs — creators keep about 80% before other costs.
Always confirm the current split in your creator dashboard; our calculator keeps the platform fee editable.
Agency fees stack on top
Many agencies charge 30–60% of the amount left after the platform fee — not of gross. Model agency % on post-platform net to avoid double-counting mistakes.

20% then agency, then costs
The widely published OnlyFans split is about 20% of gross from subscriptions, tips, PPV and customs. Confirm it in your dashboard; our field is editable. If gross is $6,500 (for example $4,000 subs + $800 tips + $1,500 PPV + $200 other), platform fee ≈ $1,300. After platform = $5,200.
Agencies often charge 30–60% of the amount after the platform fee, not of gross. 40% of $5,200 is $2,080. Operating costs $400 and a 30% tax reserve on remaining profit change the story again. That is why stacking percentages in the wrong order is the most expensive spreadsheet error in this niche.
Chargebacks and payout fees are not a separate line in the calculator — fold them into costs or lower gross slightly for a conservative case. None of this is financial or tax advice.
Model net in the calculator
Use the OnlyFans / subscription net calculator for the fee stack, then add the monthly net to the multi-platform forecast if you also sell on Etsy or YouTube. Read the Etsy fees guide if shop income sits beside subscriptions.
